  • Emailed transcripts are only considered official if sent from the high school directly to the college or institution.

  • Unofficial transcripts are available for students to use for review of their high school records when completing applications, self-reporting, for Running Start, auto insurance discounts, uploading to college coaches, etc. These can be printed or emailed depending upon your request.

  • Transcripts to support The Common Application or Coalition Application will be uploaded internally by the student's assigned high school counselor. Be sure to input the correct email address of your counselor in these applications.

Middle School Transcript Removal Request

If your student took and passed a high school-level course in 7th or 8th grade, it is automatically added to their high school transcript.

You can request to:

  • Remove the credit from their transcript.
  • Change the grade to a non-numerical option (like "Pass" or "Credit"), which won’t affect their GPA but will still count toward graduation.

Requests must be made before the end of 11th grade.

The Middle School Transcript Removal Request Form can be found on the district Commonly Requested Forms page, under the Teaching & Learning section.
